This 2 year extended guarantee is from the manufacturer Brinsea^® Products Inc. and does not involve the retailer. This conditional manufacturer’s
guarantee applies to working parts only.

Brinsea^® Products Inc. will repair or replace free of charge any defective part which has been returned shipping paid to our service department within 2 years of purchase.

Brinsea^® Products Inc. no longer distribute nor service R-Com products which are manufactured by Autolex of Korea. For service of these products please contact auto@autoelex.com

Complete machines should only be returned with the prior agreement of the service department.

Brinsea^® Products Inc. will not be responsible for loss of eggs or chicks in the event of failure however caused and the user is advised to arrange his own insurance cover where loss of power or mechanical or electrical failure might result in unacceptable losses.

To qualify for this extended guarantee you must:

2. Be the original purchaser of the product.
3. Notify us of defect before the period expires.
4. Have used the incubator or brooder for its proper purpose and stored it in clean dry conditions.
