  All Brinsea incubators and brooders are guaranteed for 2 years against defect and will be repaired or replaced should a fault arise within the guarantee period.
• R-COM Guarantee
  R-Com incubators are not manufactured by Brinsea Products Inc. but by Autoelex of Korea who only offer a 6 months guarantee on their products.

  This conditional manufacturer’s guarantee applies to working parts only. Under the terms set out by the manufacturer, Brinsea Products Inc. will service free of
  charge any defective R-Com mini 3 egg incubator which has been returned shipping paid to our service department within 6 months of purchase.

  Brinsea Products Inc. no longer distribute nor service R-Com 20 products. For service of these products please contact auto@autoelex.com
  
  
  Brinsea Products and their agents will not be responsible for loss of eggs, birds or other livestock in the event of failure, however caused and the user is advised to arrange its own insurance cover where loss of power, mechanical or electrical failure might result in unacceptable losses.

In order that we continue our policy of innovation and improvement, we reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without notice.


To qualify for this extended guarantee you must:

• Complete the card included with the product or the Register online for your free manufacturer guarantee
  within 28 days of purchase.
• Be the original purchaser of the product.
• Notify us of defect before the period expires.
• Have used the incubator or brooder for its proper purpose and stored it in clean dry conditions.

• Returns
  Authorization must be obtained from Brinsea service department before any merchandise is returned for credit, exchange or repair.

  We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization. Please call 1-888-667-7009 or Email support@Brinsea.com

  If you are not satisfied with an item you receive, you may return it at your cost within 30 days. Please note that refund will depend upon the condition in which the product is received.

  All merchandise returned for credit or exchange must be UNUSED, in the original packaging with original instructions and guarantee card.

  Please enclose a copy of your original invoice with your return. Returns for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  Shipping will not be refunded.
