Guarantee
All Brinsea incubators and brooders are guaranteed
for 2 years against defect and will be repaired
or replaced should a fault arise within the
guarantee period.
Brinsea Products and their agents will not be
responsible for loss of eggs, birds or other
livestock in the event of failure, however caused
and the user is advised to arrange its own insurance
cover where loss of power, mechanical or electrical
failure might result in unacceptable losses.
In
order that we continue our policy of innovation
and improvement, we reserve the right to alter
specifications and prices without notice.
To qualify for this extended guarantee
you must:
- Complete
the card included with the product or the online
guarantee registration form
within 28 days of purchase.
- Be
the original purchaser of the product.
- Notify
us of defect before the period expires.
- Have
used the incubator or brooder for its proper
purpose and stored it in clean dry conditions.

- Returns
Authorization must be obtained from Brinsea
before any merchandise is returned for credit,
exchange or repair.
We will not be responsible for items returned

If you are not satisfied with an item you receive,
you may return it at your cost within 30 days.
Please note that refund will depend upon the
condition in which the product is received.
All merchandise returned for credit or exchange
must be UNUSED, in the original packaging with
original instructions and guarantee card.
Please enclose a copy of your original invoice
with your return. Returns for credit will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping will not be refunded.
