Ordering online with Brinsea is
easy.
Finding
Items
First you will need to browse or search for the
items you would like to order. Keyword search
boxes are located on every page of our store.
You will also find links to browse product categories
on the right navigation and a refine results box
from each category to refine your search. To conduct
a more specific search, click the Advanced Search
link at the bottom of any page. When you find
an item that interests you, click the title or
name of the item to see its product information
page. Here you will find more information about
the item.
Adding
Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, click the "Add
to Cart" button on the item's product information
page. Once you've added an item to your shopping
cart, a confirmation message will appear on the
top of the page and you can continue shopping.
For your convenience, a summary of the contents
of your cart is shown on the right navigation
on every page. You can access the contents of
your shopping cart at any time by clicking the
View Cart link on the right navigation of every
page of our online store.
Proceed
to Checkout
When you are ready to checkout, click on the View
Cart link and take a moment to review all of the
items you've placed in your shopping cart. If
you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular
item right away, click the Wish List button. The
item will move from your current Shopping Cart
to the Wish List. To remove an item from your
order, click the Remove button. To change the
quantity of an item, change the number displayed
in the Quantity field and click the Update button.
If you wish to use a gift certificate, enter the
coupon code in the Coupon Code field and click
the Apply button. When you're ready to place an
order for everything in the Order Summary section
of your cart, click the Checkout button. You will
be taken to the signing in page.

Signing
In
If you are a new customer, enter your name, e-mail
address, fill in the password field and click
the Continue button. (Keep in mind that the e-mail
address you provide here will be the e-mail address
to which we will send all information about this
and subsequent orders.) Make sure you write your
password down somewhere so that you remember it
the next time you place an order. If you already
have an account, enter your email and password
to sign in.
Enter
a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like us to ship your order
by entering the address in the form or selecting
an address from your Address Book if you already
have an account. New addresses will be saved to
your Address Book under the name you will have
given them in the Save As field. (The Save As
fields is for you to use to identify your favorite
shipping addresses; for example, you may choose
‘Home’ for deliveries to your own
address). You'll be able to retrieve and reuse
this information the next time you order. Please
note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes and
that a physical address is required.
When you've finished, click Continue to proceed
to the next step of the checkout process where
you will be able to review the contents of your
shipment once more, give special instructions
regarding delivery and choose your payment method.
Shipping
Shipping prices indicated are for deliveries within
the Continental U.S. by UPS Ground service or
equivalent. Please call for shipping quotes to
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and overseas shipments.
Similarly, if you need your order in a hurry please
call 1-888-667-7009 for UPS Next Day Air or Second
Day Air shipping rates.

Tax
Companies selling over the Internet
are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements
as any other retailers. Items sold by Brinsea
and shipped to the State of Florida will be subject
to 6% sales tax plus county sales tax if applicable.
Please note that the amount appearing on your
order does not include county sales tax and may
differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged
when your order ships.
Tax exempt customers will need to provide us with
a copy of a state resale certificate, exemption
certificate, or other acceptable proof of your
exempt status for the state of Florida where the
items will be shipped. To submit this information,
place your order though our online store and fax
1-321-267-6090 including your order number, E-mail
address, acceptable proof of your exempt status
(as outlined above). While you need to submit
this information to us only once, you do need
to contact us after placing each order to ensure
you are not charged tax on your purchase. However,
if you submit a single-use exemption certificate,
you will need to resubmit a new certificate with
each order.
Enter
a Billing Address
Tell us where you would like to be billed for
your order by selecting from your address book
or creating a new address. Please note that the
billing address you enter needs to match the credit
card you provide as a method of payment.

Provide
a Method of Payment
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for
your order. We accept American Express, Discover,
MasterCard, Visa, gift certificates, and also
for Phone/Fax orders checques, money orders, or
cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and
drawn on a U.S. bank. All orders must be prepaid.
If you're paying with a credit card, enter the
number without spaces or dashes. If you do not
wish to provide your credit card details via our
secure site and have opted for Phone/Fax as your
method of payment, just click the Continue button.
Review
and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy of all the information you
provided and make any necessary adjustments. When
you are ready, click the Complete Order button
to submit your order. Once you place your order,
we recommend you print the confirmation page with
your order number even if we will also send you
a confirmation e-mail message. If you chose Phone/Fax
as your payment method, remember that your order
will not be processed until we receive your payment
by mail, details of your credit card by phone
or you fax us a copy of the confirmation page
with your credit card number and expiration date.
Tracking
Your Order
We will send you an e-mail message at the time
of shipment but if you would like to review or
track your order, click the My Account link on
the right navigation of all pages on our store.
Here you will be able to view the order status
and history, reorder the same items and track
your packages.
Using
your Account
Gaining access to
your account information
Click the My Account link on the right navigation
of any page of the store. We'll ask you to sign
in with the e-mail address and password associated
with your account. If you forgot your password
click on the Forgot your Password link to have
it emailed to you instantly. Please ensure you
provide the email address associated with your
account.
From your account you
can do the following:
Edit your profile
Your profile consists of the name assigned to
your account and the email address and password
you use to gain access to the account. To change
this information, simply modify it in the form
below. When you are finished making changes, click
the Save button to update your profile.
If you wish to change the email address associated
with your account please email us at sales@Brinsea.com
and we will update this information for you.
Please note that although you can use stored addresses
for subsequent orders, we do not store payment
information and that you will be asked to enter
a credit card number for each order you place
with us.
Review & Track
your Orders
You can review the status of any order you have
placed through our online store. For orders that
have yet to ship, you will be able to review the
order total, billing and shipping address and
payment method by clicking on the View button.
For orders that have already been shipped, you
can confirm the date, method of shipment and a
tracking number, if applicable by clicking on
the Track button. From any existing order you
also have the possibility to reorder the same
items by clicking on the Reorder button corresponding
to each item you wish to reorder.
Please note that you cannot cancel or change the
details of your orders online and will need to
contact us on 1-888-667-7009 or orders@Brinsea.com.

Access your wish
list
Wish lists are a great way for people to let others
know what they would most like to own or to save
them for future orders. However you use them,
as a gift giver or gift recipient, we hope that
you find Wish Lists a useful service. To remove
an item from your Wish List, click the Remove
button. To move an item from the Wish List to
your current order for immediate purchase, click
the Buy Now button. To change the quantity of
an item in the Wish List, change th e number displayed in the Quantity field and then
click the Update Quantity button. You can also
email your Wish List to friends and family by
clicking the Email a Friend button.
Manage your address
book
For faster checkout, we offer you the possibility
to use your personal Address Book to save addresses
to which your orders may be shipped or billed.
To create a new Address Book entry, enter the
information requested on the form and click the
Add button. To edit an entry, click the corresponding
Edit button, make any changes to the entry, then
click Save. To delete an entry, click the corresponding
Delete button.
Other
services
While shopping in our online store, you will have
the possibility to:
Email a Friend
You can at any time email a friend about a product
you’ve seen in our store. Simply complete
the form with your friends name and Email, your
name and Email in the corresponding fields, write
a message and click the Send button. In addition
to your message, the email will contain a link
to the product page you wanted to share.
Redeem Gift certificates
You can redeem gift certificates at the Checkout.
When ready to checkout, click on the View Cart
link on the right navigation, review your order
and if you have a gift certificate, enter the
coupon code in the Coupon Code field and click
the Apply button. You can then click on the Checkout
button to be taken to the first page of the order
form.
Policies
Warranty
All Brinsea incubators and brooders are guaranteed
for 2 years against defect and will be repaired
or replaced should a fault arise within the guarantee
period. Brinsea Products and their agents will
not be responsible for loss of eggs, birds or
other livestock in the event of failure, however
caused and the user is advised to arrange its
own insurance cover where loss of power, mechanical
or electrical failure might result in unacceptable
losses. In order that we continue our policy of
innovation and improvement, we reserve the right
to alter specifications and prices without notice.
To qualify for this extended guarantee
you must:
Complete the card included with the product or
the online
guarantee registration form within
28 days of purchase.
Be the original purchaser of the product.
Notify us of defect before the period expires.
Have used the incubator or brooder for its proper
purpose and stored it in clean dry conditions.
Returns
Authorization must be obtained from Brinsea before
ANY merchandise is returned for refund, exchange
or repair. Brinsea Products We will not be responsible
for items returned without authorization.

If you are dissatisfied with an item you receive,
you may return it at your cost within 30 days.
Please note that refund will depend upon the condition
in which the product is received. All merchandise
returned for refund or exchange must be UNUSED,
in the original packaging with original instructions
and guarantee card. Please enclose a copy of your
original invoice with your return. Returns for
refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping will not be refunded.
Damaged goods
Brinsea Products will not be responsible for goods
damaged in transit.
Inspect your packages carefully on arrival. If
damaged have a notation made on your transportation
receipt and file a claim promptly with the carrier.
