Battery powered for convenience (4 AA batteries supplied) the OvaScope uses high output high efficiency LED illumination, so no bulbs to replace and no concerns about overheating the eggs during inspection - even very small eggs.

The clarity and visibility of the egg and its contents are greatly improved by blocking out ambient light and slightly magnifying the image.

The viewer can also rotate the egg smoothly as it is observed and because the OvaScope can be fitted with a webcam it is ideal for demonstration or classroom use.
