We aim to hold all products in stock and to ship within 48 hours of receipt of orders. Transit time will vary according to your location and the service selected. After placing your order you will usually receive a tracking number and link to enable you to track the delivery of your order if this does not appear please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to assist.
All goods sent by carrier require a signature upon delivery. Use the comments text box on the order system if you would like your order to be sent without signature but please note that Brinsea® will not be responsible if the package goes missing.
Shipping & Handling prices indicated on our pricelist and at checkout are for deliveries within the Continental U.S. by UPS Ground service or equivalent.

If you need your order in a hurry we can ship via UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air. Please contact us for shipping rates.
We routinely ship our products throughout the world but because of the variety of destinations and shipping options we need to quote delivery charges for each order. Please contact us with your delivery address and we will endeavor to find the most economical shipping option for your destination.
Please note that Brinsea® will not charge nor will be responsible for Customs Duty, brokerage fees or any other Customs clearance charges.
Occasionally items may be on a longer delivery and we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery day.
Outstanding orders / backordered items may be canceled at any time.
Brinsea® will not be responsible for items damaged in transit.
Inspect your packages carefully upon arrival and report any damages or missing items within 5 days of receipt of your order. If we receive no such notification you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
Brinsea® cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the appointed carrier.
